I have never met a medium I don't like. Yet I keep coming back to textiles because such diversity is possible: sculpture, furnishing, wearable art, hangings; with a myriad of interesting techniques. Nature is a great source of inspiration and the idea of bringing reflections of nature into different aspects of life and in artistic ways appeals to me. NCEATA members, workshops and encouragement feed this love and provide me with regular opportunities to learn, explore and play.
